Artist Statement

I consider my work a visual evolution because it has progressed from drawing replicas of photographs to transcendent artwork with a meaning. I have explored different art forms such as drawing, printmaking, computer imaging, and painting; all skills and techniques I have learned are applied to all my pieces. I enjoy entertaining people with realistic images and adding a hint of surrealism, by taking them into worlds that do not exist outside my imagination. I want the viewer to feel connected and represented in my works.
